Accidentally messed a pre-order up and wanted to know if I can get help

I have an Xbox series S and went to pre-order Hogwarts legacy a while ago but accidentally got the Xbox one edition instead of series X|S version so now I cant play my game until April 4th and was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this so I can play the game as it was supposed to com out today (February 10th) on series S

If you haven't been charged yet you can cancel the pre-order at http://account.microsoft.com or you would need to try submitting a refund request. Then you would need to buy the correct version.

Keep in mind that if you bought the digital deluxe edition, it does come with the Xbox One version and you'll have access when it is released in April.

I think if Microsoft and it's re-sellers mess this up it could almost be worse then a broken system. Thousands of people not getting the pre-order they signed up for would sure rise up a S&#% storm on the internet and bring a ton of bad press. I am fully
expecting Best Buy to not mess up my pre-order!

I have that problem too and I accidentally deleted the suros pre-order exclusive thinking that I could download it again and it would work but I uninstalled it and I can't download it anymore do you know a way I can get it again?

Game messed up my order

(Technically it may be that I messed up my order, but that's only a possibility).

So now I have ordered and ordered. (Hopefully one shows up (but not both(actually payment failed, they can send both if they want))).
