    Accidentally hit delete on my Xbox 360 on my Fallout 3 promo message.


    Back on July 8, 2015 I pre-ordered Fallout 4 on my Xbox One with the promotion to get a digital copy of Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360 free via a code sent through the message system on Xbox Live. I got the message today, July 15, 2015, and went to view it on
    my 360 and when I went to back out I accidentally hit the "A" button on my controller with delete selected.. This in-turn deleted the message before I could copy the code down to enter into the Xbox 360 "Redeem Code" section. I spoke with support on the phone
    and they referred me to post here and see if there is any way to recover the code or message in order to redeem it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Deleted Fallout 3 download code message

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and then got a message on my Xbox 360 to download Fallout 3. Before opening it I hit X and deleted the message on accident. How do I download Fallout 3 now?

    Bought fallout 4 on my xbox one and got a message from xbox live for a fallout 3 code but I accidentally deleted my messages so I lost the code

    Xbox Live members with 10 year tenure: did you get one of these?

    Sad thing is I just got an inbox with promo code and i just accidentally deleted the message and so unsure who to contact about it right now. I just hit the wrong button and it went poof :(

    My account says 7yrs but i been here 10 years got the messages and wish there was an undelete key on our consoles.
