Check the email account you have associated with Xbox Rewards. In addition to the dashboard message you should get an email from XboxLIVERewardsVIP at eprizefulfillment.com with your helmet code.

sorry MS is not responsible for deleted messages they will not be able to resend it if it was deleted you can see if it was sent to your email associated with your Live account but that is all you can do good luck.

You have to contact microsoft on support.xbox.com, give them the code and tell them your problem.

I'm sure they will be able to enter the complete code for you
