accidentally deleted my message containing the code for the registration app for the preview ...

spent a while on the support chat and was even given a reference number that i was told to send to a moderator to get me the code back. i was told it was definitely no problem, that the reference number alone would be more than enough to get the code back.
i have the whole chat saved. so yesterday, messaged the moderator at the New Xbox One Update Preview Forums are live! forum (mister balloons) and haven't heard back from him. not sure what to do now. this could have been avoided with a trash can system of
some type or an undo option. has anybody who accidentally deleted their code had any success on getting a new one?

What happened to the Xbox One Preview Program App?

I accidentally deleted the Xbox One Preview Program Message, and didn't sign up yet.

Will I receive this message again, because I want to sign up for the program.

Also, I can't find the Preview Dashboard App anywhere.

UPDATE: I deleted the Xbox One Preview Message on the 360 by accident, and now can't find the app on Xbox One.

 

I accidentally deleted a message from Xbox live

I received a message from Xbox live containing a code for a 1 month ea access pass.. But I accidentally deleted the message.

 

Just be patient mods have a lot to handle just wait a couple days. id suggest just keep an eye on the preview forums to see if any one else had the same issue and got it resolved =)

 

thanks for the reply mrs snowman, but i can't even view the preview forum until i get the code back. the group is locked to those who didn't get the invite or didn't enter their code. i've looked through these forums and actually have found similar issues
without any type of resolve, other than suggestions from other players which are little to no help. when are the mods online? never had to wait this long for a simple reply to a private message to a moderator.

 

I never received a registration token, nor have I been able to preview any updates yet here I am in the preview forum. I have been directed here because I was told that the reason I am having problems with my console is because i am part of the preview,
of which I did register for but never received a confirmation or "token".

I am curious as to how to get the preview app so that I can opt out and hopefully solve my problem. My problem is I have been through 6 consoles through exchange because at first I could not install the regular July update, it would just reach 98% and say
update incomplete. On the next console I was able to install the update after 7 tries. Now I am not able to play any game at all. On call of duty ghosts it just swaps between the game on a map screen and back to the dashboard and back and forth continuously.
On titanfall it goes to the game loading screen and just stays there loading indefinitely. On destiny I get error code beagle over and over after deleting and reinstalling game.

I have over 200 hours of xbox support talk time. Spent more than that reinstalling games. Had to upgrade my internet service to the premium package allowing 1 terabyte of download/ month. And I am paying 15.98 per exchange.

So I have dug myself into a nice big hole, but at some point I have to say enough is enough.

 

When I click on the link above in the original post it takes me to another post when I click on the link there it says group not found. Does that mean I'm not part of the preview beta? Because Susan L at Microsoft global escalation seems to think that I
am and that is what's causing my problem.
