Accidentally deleted message w/ Halo Wars: DE code

This is my second time posting in this thread because I've yet to receive help or answers for my questions from this support team. I recently received my code for the Halo Wars: DE and while I was navigating the Xbox message center I accidentally deleted
the message with the game code. I'm NOT asking for a code or when I'll receive it because Xbox already sent it to me. I'm wondering if there's a way to undo the deleted message or how to obtain a replacement code.

Accidentally deleted message w/ code

I recently received my code for the Halo Wars: DE and while I was navigating the Xbox message center I accidentally deleted the message. Is there anyway for me to undo this deleted message or obtain a replacement code?

Deleted Definitive Edition Code

Hello - I preordered Halo Wars 2 and accidentally deleted the code for the definitive edition from my message center. Please reissue me a code. Thank you!

We were able to verify that you have not received your code yet as you are still within the 7-10 day wait window for your pre-order. So once again, as both Mister Cizl and I have advised you previously, if you don't have your code 10 days after preordering
(you can check your date of pre-order on your
Microsoft Commerce account), post a new thread and we'll take a look then.

Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.
