Accidentally deleted message w/ code

Hey AndrewAD3! When did you pre-order Halo Wars 2? Codes will be sent out 7-10 days after pre-ordering. If you still don't have the code after 10 days, please make a new thread. Thanks!

Assuming you did the pre-order thing for FIFA 17 via the Xbox Store, there should be a record in your Microsoft account's Order History. On the very top right corner of this page, click on your name/gamertag. Click on "Microsoft Account". On the right hand
side, you should see your "Recent Orders", so click "See All" on the far right. Find your FIFA 17 item, and click "Details" (found under the total amount you paid). Hopefully, there's a note or something in there for your code.

If there is no code to be found, then I'd suggest you call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have a support representative look up your account details. They could probably resend the code as a message, have you make a note of it, email it to you, or something...

We were able to verify that you have not received your code yet as you are still within the 7-10 day wait window for your pre-order. So once again, as both Mister Cizl and I have advised you previously, if you don't have your code 10 days after preordering
(you can check your date of pre-order on your
Microsoft Commerce account), post a new thread and we'll take a look then.
