I accidentally deleted the message containing my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition pre-order redeemable codes. Is there a way I can retrieve them?

Gears of War 4 Beta

Hello, I have no code to play the Gears of War 4 Beta yet I purchased and played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition by the time stated in order to get early access. I do not know if I have accidentally deleted the message containing the code or if I was ever
sent one. Is there anything I can do to find out?
