Accidentally deleted Final Fantasy XV avatar codes.

Hello, as mentioned above I accidentally deleted the codes that were given for pre-ordering FFXV. I contacted Xbox support about this for help and they opened a case on this numbered 1348376235. Any help would really be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Bought Final Fantasy XV and accidentally deleted my special preorder for noctis outfit and pet and the code didn't have the redeem it just had delete but I already double tapped A button and deleted it. Please help!

Sorry to bother you all it seem that I have just done the same as shalade and delete the code before I could finish reading the email . if there is any way the get the code back that would be awesome .
