    Accidentally cancled my Subscription


    I was trying to turn off the recurring payment for my subscription and cancelled it all together, is there anything i can do to reinstate my subscription?

    i have followed the steps and they didnt work and yes but no i am trying to redeem a gamepass ultimate subscription but it still says i have a subscription bit i do not and i can not cancle the subscription that is still under my subscriptions but i do not

    How to turn auto renewal off?

    Paypal can be canceled under the paypal account page.

    Credit or Debit cards can be cancled under your xbox.com profile page, "Cancel Subscription"

    Yep, you can transfer your Gold Subscription by contacting Xbox Phone Support, and telling them you would like to cancle your gold subscription on your account. Once the agent cancles it for you, you will then be sent a redeem code of the amount of Gold
    Time you have left to your email.
