    Hi, I have a question with regard to the accessory service request. Yesterday the 16th Oct 2022. I submitted a service request for my xbox series s controller that is not working at all. It is a firmware issue as I had tried batteries and USB cables via xbox, pc and charger ports. When I do connect the controller via usb and xbox. It just makes a hissing sound and no response at all. Its the reason why I decided to request a service. How long does it usually take for Microsoft to pick up my controller at my address. Also can you assist on how to fix this issue.

    Hello Yusuf, when we opened the Microsoft warranty you usually received an email with shipping instructions, and posting label to Microsoft.

    It's usually by UPS.

    As is the control that came with the console you should pack in a brown box that does not draw attention, only the control without accessories or batteries.
