Accessories app crashing when adding profile to elite 2

Hey! I just had this issue today. I don’t know if a factory reset will help, if it did let me know. The solution I found though, was connecting my elite 2 controller to a windows computer via cable and downloading the Xbox accessories app from the Microsoft store. From there, open the app and set all 3 profiles to your controller. It doesn’t matter what settings you use because once a profile is made, the accessories app on the Xbox works fine for whatever reason. It seems the only issue is the add a new profile option, but with that already done, the app should function fine. I just recommend setting all three on your computer so you don’t have to later if you end up wanting to. Lmk if that made sense and hope it helps!

The alpha programm has a lot of bugs, i would reccomend you factory reset the xbox, and dont install the insiders app at all.

Make sure the xbox and controller are up to date.

This issue is not with my XBOX gamer tag it is with my elite 2 controller profiles within the Xbox accessories app I have a video of me opening and closing the app https://youtu.be/hpxHhgphcgM

You can do that with the Elite Series 2 controller. You have to add your home theater to your Xbox if you haven't already.

Using the Xbox Accessories app I added the Volume up, down and mute to the dpad up, down and right to my 3rd preset on my Elite Series 2 controller.
