accessing xbox live from pc to other device

Did you not remember manually uploading your media to a cloud storage service like OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.? If your answer is negative and the hard drive of your previous laptop was not formatted, you may want to connect this drive with an adapter to another PC and move your content to the new one.

Yes both the PC and xbox are fully up to date, PC has been restarted. Xbox app has been reinstalled and restarted. The PC casts fine to other devices and the Xbox receives casts from other devices.

Can't connect here either. FiOS in SoCal. Can't connect to Live on my Xbox or "Games for Windows Live" from my PC. Can't access these forums from any device connected through FiOS either. Only through cellular data. Everything else through FiOS works just
fine.
