accessing troubleshooting menu problems

I am in the preview program and the latest update has given me the black screen loading issue. I tried to offline install the osu and it failed. I tried to reset the unit keeping files and it froze at 50%. now I do not get anything, NOTHING HAPPENS when
I power on the unit. I do get the light and the power on tone but I don't get a signal to my display, I have changed ports on the TV, I have changed cables, I have changed displays. also to add to the frustration I do not get any response from the bind button
when it is pressed so I can not get back into the reset and troubleshooting menu. I was able to get back to the black screen using the LT+RT+Y presses on the controller but then I end up with the same issue of NOTHING when I try to reset the unit. frustration
builds, does someone have any answers for this issue???

Keys missing for optional missions

The keys not being there happened also to me. However, if I selected that particular mission to play from the menu, I never ran into problems accessing those missions.

Internet Conection

Brian and Tomas - Those troubleshooting tips were actually taken straight from a troubleshooting guide that was released to help players having problems with lagging during multiplayer. You can actually find those same instructions on ActiVision's website, so I don't think it would really put your systems at risk.

this website to see if they help with the problems you are having. Please be aware as you are in the Xbox Insider program and running a newer version of the dashboard that has not yet been released it is not possible to carry out an offline update of your
console.

Yes, it's challenging to identify that.

Since the chimes are not normal, that means, the console really needs a service already. In case the console is no longer under warranty, the best thing to do is to check with game shops near you as they have someone who can check it for you and get it within the day depending on the case.
