    Accessing my games from my old xbox one to my new one


    If I get a new xbox one S, will I still be able to have access to my games and apps from my old one? My old xbox one needs repair and it just might be better to replace it with something new. It's wireless feature isn't working and I am not able to connect.

    On my new xbox I've redeemed my old account but I've changed the gamertag, I'm wanting to transfer games ext from my old xbox to the new one but the data is owned by my old gamertag can I still transfer from the old gamertag to my new one ??

    As long as you sign in with the same account that purchased the games on the new xbox ALL games that were purchased on that account will automatically show up in the ready to install section on the new xbox

    As long as you sign in with the same account that purchased the games on the new xbox ALL games that were purchased on that account will automatically show up in the ready to install section on the new xbox

    Added a new alias and deleted old one without making the new one my primary

    Hi Rodrigo. I still have access to the account under my new primary. It defaulted to my new primary when I deleted the email that used to control my account. My gamertag and lifetime worth of gaming is under the email I removed from the account before making the new one my primary, so my Xbox profile is no longer under my account since I deleted the old one early if that makes sense. Is there any way to get my old Xbox live account back?
