    Hi I am trying to access Microsoft jigsaw but it keeps telling me that I have no internet connection but I do have it played on solitaire and not had a problem this is on the daily challenges any idea why it is doing this.

    Trouble accessing games

    Is anyone else having a problem with the ads freezing and then the screen will go blank or return to the game selection page? Started doing this yesterday morning. I am unable to play the collection or in yesterdays event. Have tried unloading and then
    reloading the app. Also rebooting my computer. Everything else other than Microsoft is working great.

    Trouble accessing games

    It's actually generating an event log error today. Looks like Solitaire is trying (and failing) to open something in EDGE - then requesting an immediate fail fast - per the MS web site : A fail fast exception occurred. Exception handlers will not be invoked
    and the process will be terminated immediately.

    Hi there,

    you should be able to set what games the child account is allowed to access via

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    or via the Xbox One console via the content restrictions.

    It's also possible to specify exceptions to the set Age restriction.

    The game has just left gamepass. You may need to do a hard reset, or even resin stall the game to reset the switch from GP
    Thanks for the reply.

    I have already done the following prior to reaching out to this channel...

    • Signed out/in
    • Loaded another game(sometimes works)
    • Restarted Xbox
    • Unplugged power cord
    • Made my home xbox(rec. online)
    • Cleared persistent storage(rec. online)
    • Uninstalled the game, but couldn't install again. Then figured out that I can still install it in Xbox app. Then reinstalled game but still did not recognize ownage of game.
    Side: the message I get of "Do you own this game" has happened numerous times before. However, I've always been able to bypass after a restart or two. But this time nothing is working. Would it really be taken away like that, Just because it was in the game pass?
