    Accessing game pass perks on a child account


    Hello,

    My child has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and cannot access any perks. Clicking on the button to view perks shows a screen with the following error: "Sorry, we can't show game pass perks right now". How can my child access perks on a child account?

    I tired testing the app using a different network (cellular) and now the perks option is no longer showing in the app. Closed the app and retried back on wifi and it's no longer showing there as well. I closed all apps and restarted the phone and got the same thing on wifi and cellular. I can see it start to load (shows Perks with see all and an empty box), but disappears when it finishes loading the blade.

    We tested both DNS IP pairs and restarted after setting each. Same error.

    My child has had an active subscription for ~6 years with no gap and the last 12 month activation was added months ago. I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but my child told me this has been happening for a month or more (since a friend mentioned checking the perks during a gaming session). I just found out today.
