Accessing content bought on console, on the pc xbox app

So I've purchased all the destiny 2 dlc on my Series X, but on the pc app it says that I have to buy the dlc again despite being logged into the account I bought them on. Do I need to buy them again or is this an issue that can be resolved

Yes, you have to buy them again, Destiny DLCs are not crossplatform

The code would link to your microsoft account. You should be able to access the content through the xbox app on your pc.

All Xbox Live downloaded content (except Avatar items, for some reason) comes with two different content licenses. One for the gamertag the DLC was purchased on, and one for the console it is purchased on. In other words, when
you buy any downloaded content, every other gamertag on the same console is allowed to access that downloaded content. Only the gamertag that bought the downloaded content is allowed to access that content on a different Xbox console.

^^You wouldnt lose access to content you bought as long as the new Gamertag you create is on the same console that originally bought the content.
