Accessing Blocked Microsoft Account that has only used Gamepass

I created a specific Microsoft account to link to Gamepass. I did not use Xbox, Skype, or Outlook with the account. I forgot the password associated with the account and had not enabled two-factor authentication. My account has been blocked. I submitted an account recovery request and it was denied. I believe that part of the problem is that I cannot provide enough information about the account because the forms do not look at Gamepass subscriptions in any detail. I did state that I had a software subscription and entered the correct information there. I could probably give decent information about what my account activity on Gamepass was if given the option.

I cannot cancel the Gamepass subscription through the account (obviously). I read a previous question https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...e/7eabe791-cb5e-4a79-924d-149630a0a657?page=1 that indicated I had to go through my bank. After contacting my bank, they stated that the only way to stop the charges was to cancel my entire credit card and get a new one.

I don't want to cancel my credit card. I am at a loss for what I can do in this situation other than cancel my credit card or pay Microsoft every month until the card expires.

Unfortunately, due to data protection laws and privacy policies, Microsoft can only assist with subscription charges if you have access to the account which is being charged; If you are unable to recover your account, and your bank can't block the charges, cancelling your credit card would be the only option to prevent further charges.

I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, however, there is sadly no other solution I can offer if you've been unsuccessful with the account recovery form. Please reach back if you have further questions.

Sign into your Microsoft account and go to services and subscriptions and double check that you did purchase the Ultimate GamePass. The Ultimate GamePass is the only version that gives you access to GamePass on both console and PC. Also if you have two
accounts then you would have to use the account that you purchased the UGP on for access to it on both console and PC.

Im wondering if family members with accounts on the same xbox have access to game streaming if one of those account has gamepass ultimate and has the xbox set as home?

No only rhe primary account its also only in alpha

This applies to all gamepass benefits

Only the primary can download games from gamepass and use them and the primary must login on the alpha android app

Gamepass is not gold.and you wouldnt have access ro any games from gamepass

Sharing xgu is only supports gold NOT gamepass itself

You would have to download with his account any gamepass games and then your profile has access

has to be purchased via ubisoft store for pc or steam or gog, not available via microsoft for pc and only for console, you will need to submit a refund request.

the reason you see it in gamepass pc is if you have ultimate gamepass you get access to ubsoft+ games, you need to have your account linked to ubisoft and use the ubisoft client to run the game if you have gamepass ultimate.
