Accessing a game via another PC

The answer is no, you will not be able to play that specific game on your PC by connecting to your nephew's PC.

In order to play a Game Pass game, you must have a Game Pass subscription and the game must be included in your subscription. If the game isn't included in your subscription, you won't be able to play it, even if you're connected to someone else's PC who has a subscription that includes the game.

In this case, the game you linked, Burnout Revenge, is not included in Game Pass. Therefore, you will not be able to play it, even if you are connected to your nephew's PC.

The only way to play Burnout Revenge is to purchase it separately.

The only way you can fix another persons account,when you don`t have the game yourself,is to access their account and apply fixes via your pc.

no as you have to get vbucks via ingame or through the epic store on pc, fortnite on pc has nothing to do with microsoft or xbox.

you can redeem on pc via xbox app or store but to access them you need to be on xbox console version of the game.

you can only get that game for pc from EA, Steam or GOG.

ask for a refund

the reason you sometimes see it listed in gamepass on pc is due to EA access being available as part of the sub, it basically downloads the games via the EA app and starts it via the EA app.

the setting is game specific, you would have to increase via the in-game menu, most launcher games you can access the files and change the sensitivity for each game via the config files too, but xbox gamepass pc games you can't.
