Accessible Xbox gaming

if you have access to the email that you bought the games with then you have two options:

- sign in with the account to your xbox and make it as home xbox to enable games & subscriptions sharing on that xbox.

- sign in with the account and start the game, then sign in with different account and you should be able to play the game smoothly. (the account that owns the game must stay signed in)

if you have lost access to the email due to someone else you may be able to get it back, try to contact Microsoft for more help on how to recover your email.

you can't transfer games between account.

Games that are bought on a different profile has to be signed into on your console to be played on a different profile even if they are installed.

If this does not help try setting that profile to your home xbox which allows game sharing.

For any uncertainty try www.xbox.com/support.

Change your home xbox in settings.
