    I was trying to get onto a game that I know I had bought at one point and today I want to get on it and it said I didn’t own it, I restarted the console twice and tried to get on it and still says I don’t own it. When I bought it I believe it was $60, Does someone know why this happened?

    Calling gamertag is not allowed on the forum. Your friend should have just mute,report and block the troll instead of saying something that broke the Xbox rules.

    official Xbox Support website    , Xbox Support has temporarily turned off the ability for all users to upload custom gamerpics in order to help to manage the unprecedented number of users currently accessing Xbox Live and other Xbox features due to worldwide
    events. This is a temporary change, but there is no announcement yet regarding when the feature will be reinstated.
