Access to Windows 10 Minecraft disappeared?

I own have owned minecraft java since september of 2018, and since quarantine last year i grabbed myself a copy of windows 10 minecraft using the code handed out to mojang accounts who owned java from a certain time period, after a month or so i got a new pc, i lost access to this version of minecraft on my microsoft account and ever since i have not been able to install it. It asks me to buy the game even though i have claimed a code to own this version of minecraft and it has magically been wiped from my account?

If it's a code for Minecraft for Windows 10 we can only redeem it through redeem.microsoft.com which will immediately be added to our order history in real-time.

We really need to locate the redemption transaction. Kindly ask if you may have redeemed it on your family member's Microsoft account.

This is my only microsoft account and the only thing that appears is the overworld skin that i apparently redeemed in 2019, i believe i could find the code on my mojang account but since i recently migrated i can no longer sign in to it on their website.

We need to locate the account where the game was redeemed. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, you should be able to see the redemption transaction from there.

If it's not there you may need to check your other Microsoft account where you may have redeemed it.

I bought the Windows 10 version of Minecraft by mistake, but the one I wanted was the java edition.

I saw that anyone who buys minecraft java edition is entitled to minecraft Windows 10. Is the reverse also true? Who buys minecraft windows 10 is entitled to minecraft java edition?

If so, how do I access the java edition version at no additional cost?
