Access to vault edition content

Is the MW3 Vault edition content sepouse to be available on early access or on multiplayer release?

Vault edition is account specific only the purchaser can do the upgrade and it can't be a share as it's on per digital version

Doesn't apply to disks

In order for you to do it you would have to buy the 100 dollar copy

Anything like skins points etc

Are always account specific

And no Activision support can't change that as.it is one per account and it has to be the purchasing acocunt

For me personally I own the vault edition of MW3 on xbox and it is saying I own and have already downloaded all the content it even says that I own the vault edition on the in game store. But none of the vault edition content is appearing for me. I have deleted and redowloaded the vault edition content addons but it didn't work.

How do I get the content that I own??
