    Access to third party apps

How can I turn on my child’s access to third party apps? Any help subject I’ve found does not work. I need screen shots that show exactly where to go. When I click the links given (like https://account.live.com/mk) I see nothing to let me manage this, just this screen:

    ‘Manage permissions

In the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, legislation requires that children have adult consent before creating an online account. You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent. Learn more.

To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings.”

Third party apps is nowhere to be found.

    :)

    Access to third party apps

    Hello,

Thank you for your response and for answering the questions above. It sounds as though this is happening with several third party applications. Can you please let me know which applications you are attempting to access? It's possible that the specified apps may have settings of their own preventing you from accessing them.

    Thank you,

    -Tali

    Access to third party apps

Thank you! We are using a PC. Yes, I’d like to adjust settings for a child’s account. I found all of the Family Safety menus but I can’t find anything that mentions Third Party apps.

    Access to third party apps

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. To better assist, can you please specify the application you are attempting to grant access to your child, whether your child is playing on an Xbox console or PC, confirm if this is for a child account, and if you are primarily attempting to adjust family settings for a child account?

Please take your time answering the questions above. In the meantime, you may find answers in the following articles: Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings and Grant an exception to your child’s content limits. If you would prefer to speak with an agent directly, you may also contact us at Xbox Support - Contact Us.

    Thank you,

    -Tali
