Access to Minecraft after accout migration

I bought Minecraft Java Edition many years ago and didnt play at just for 2-3 month. Some days ago i tried to log in via laucher and game asked me to migrate my Mojang account to Microsoft. I successfully migrated - it was quite easy, but after I logged in i found that i NEVER HAD MINECRAFT and need to buy gamer again! I contacted support via Mojang site, sent them screens and asked to give me my game back, but Mojang guys replied that i need to contact Microsoft support to check whats wrong woth my accont. How this can happened? i boiught a game from Mojang, follow the instructions in laucher and now i need to ask Microsoft for support.. WHY??

I found that Mojand has FAQ for account migration "I logged into the launcher with my Microsoft account but it says I don't own Minecraft: Java Edition" - they know abt the problem, but do nothing to solve it

I see. Indeed, a lot of users face this issue as well.

I will redirect you to support, so they could look into it.

I Need help with this same issue! I Migrated in December 2021 Have not played Minecraft yet after the migration. I got someone on the phone and then got cut off. They did not call me back. If they wont fix this issue I will start a CLASS ACTION SUITE ON THEM, maybe then we will get this issue fixed for everyone.

Almost word for word, I am having the exact same problem with both this account (my son's) and mine. What ended up happening?

I didnt create any account when migrated. As I posted before, I have registered game account and MS account at same e-mail adress. Gametag is shown when I login via web and in launcher too. I've never seen this gametag before migration.

Why this trend is so long and complicated for support team? Have you checked my migration logs? Did you find something?

You may have to double check which account you are using and ensure that it is the correct one. It's possible you may have created it when migrating your account.

Have you checked other domains? (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) ? It may be under a different e-mail.

Does that gamertag look familiar at all? (It shows up when you logged into the Mojang website, correct?)

I am sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to Minecraft and playing it after your Migration.

Based on the screenshots you shared, it looks like you did not set up a Minecraft profile, which may be causing this issue. You can check your e-mail for the receipt from when you purchased it previously and see if you can still set up your profile from the link provided.

You may have to contact Mojang [again] about your old Minecraft account (not about Migration)

Mojang Account 

This account type was introduced as a single account to use across all Mojang games.
All Minecraft: Java Edition purchases prior to December 1, 2020, are attached to a Mojang account. 
If you have registered a Mojang account, log into the Minecraft site with your email address.

Microsoft Account 

This account type was introduced when Microsoft acquired Minecraft from Mojang Studios and all new accounts created after December 2020 use this account type.
New purchases of Minecraft: Java Edition are linked to a Microsoft account instead of a Mojang account. 
When logging into the game or the site you use a Microsoft account login. 
When you make your purchase, you will be prompted to link a Microsoft account. You can then select a Minecraft username and log into the game using your Microsoft credentials. 
Any account created after late 2012, or one that has been migrated from the old account format, is a Mojang account - login with an email address.
