    Hi, a lot of people still can't connect to myCareer online even I can't to the 2K servers as of right now the Xbox Team and 2K Team is working hard to fix this issue keep an eye on this http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    All the DLCs are working, simply keep in mind that some of them can only be used / accessed in quick race & online modes. Not career.
