I am having the same problem right now, I just purchased the vault edition battle pass but did not get the 50 level skip and vault upgrades, only access to the normal battle pass. I got no extras.

If a game redemption code was used on the old account then the only way to play it on the new account would be to sign in with the old account then switch to the new account.

Based on the information that was stated on the Xbox Support page that Battle Pass, Call of Duty Points, and Tier Skips will be accessible in Modern Warfare III once the Season 01 Battle Pass is made available in game. Battle Pass redemption applies to Season One of Modern Warfare III Battle Pass only.
