Access of Game after Redeem Code

Hello,

I purchased a digital Key of Game The Crew Wild Run for Xbox One, I redeemed key on the store and it has done successfully, I downloaded a game (Crew Wild Run) of size 30mb. After that, I mistakenly reset the console. Now, store shows me I already installed
game and game is not showing me in my Console storage, How can I access this game ?? I even didn't play for a single time. Kindly Guide me, It's my First time

Alan Wake DLC Currently Availible for Free

off topic a bit but I found out if you redeem a xbox code (ala alan wake) on the x1 it doesn't give you the ability to download it on the 360 kinda bsClick to expand...

i thought the 360 games were platform agnostic. no way of redeeming the code and then DLing it to the 360 after the fact??

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

If the game does not appear in the list, you can find it in the "Ready to Install" section of the console. Furthermore, check that the additional contents are correctly installed using the "Manage
game" function.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

Had to boot the game on the xbox one access the “Redeem Code” option within the game. Which opened the classic 360 redeem code screen within the emulated screen. Entered the code and it worked! I think the guide needs the redeem code screen added!

Messages left in Message Requests will be deleted after 30 days I believe. If that's the case, then you'll have to have him resend the code via message. As long as the code wasn't redeemed, and he has access to it, you should be able to redeem it still.

Just a clarification, I actually posted this for a friend.

He bought the console second hand from someone, he told me (after posting this) that the person who used the Xbox before redeemed the code, so no, it's not on my friend's Microsoft account.

Since the code was not redeemed on the same account he was trying to use on Windows, makes sense that he does not have access to the game

But I still don't understand how my friend was able to play the game on Xbox even after the person who originally redeemed the code removed his Microsoft account from the console.

Please note that the console was not factory reset.
