Access Issues with My Tenant Account

As I indicated in the image, I had previously created the Tenant ID.

I was even able to log in with my account without any issues.

I don’t know what suddenly happened or why I no longer have the necessary access!

Now:

I log in to Azure → then click on Microsoft Entra ID → then click on Register an application,

and then I get this error!

I have no idea why I should do this and what is happening!
