Acces multiplateforme interdit sur Fortnite XBOX pour - 13 ans / Multi-platform access ...

Bonjour,

Mon fils souhaite jouer aux multiplateforme sur Fornite XBOX mais l'option n'apparait pas dans le jeu.

EpicsGame me dit que c'est parce qu'il a un compte enfant et qu'il a moins de 13 ans et qu'il faut voir avec Microsoft.

J'ai passé son compte en adulte et aussi changé sa date de naissance mais toujours pas d'option possible dans le menu du jeu.

Cette option est bien accessible sur mon compte.

No, I did not get my vbucks because my fortnite acc is not connected to my Xbox. My vbucks went to my xbox account but i don't have an xbox account with fortnite. I don't have a fortnite on my xbox.

Thank you for reaching out to us today, I'd be happy to provide some information.

As of right now, children under the age of 13 are not allowed to select the ability to cross-play on Fortnite. This is not a bug and is intentional, however Microsoft is working on a feature to give parents the ability to give consent to the child account
to allow cross-play on Fortnite with other platforms. Microsoft strives to comply with privacy laws for minors around the world and cross-play is a fairly new feature with third party titles, so Microsoft is working on a way to allow this feature for everyone
where Xbox Live is available.

Once an age is set on child account creation, it cannot be changed based on what the Xbox Live servers have and will recognize the account as underage on Xbox Live even if you change the age on Microsoft's website.

We don't have an estimated time when this feature will be implemented, but I am sure it will be very soon.
