    You should make sure you know which Gamertag you are posting the report about as it says it near the top of the screen "How would you like to report
    *USER*?"

    A ban wouldn't occur just because of your report.

    It would happen because of evidence of them violating Xbox's TOS.

    Asking for an unban even if your report was what caused the ban, won't result in any action.

    The player would have to seek out a case review with the enforcement team, but regardless the player wouldn't have been banned without a CoC break

    If someone is reported and they are found to have violated the code of conduct, they would have to go through the
    enforcement.xbox.com site if they wish to appeal their ban.

    As the other ambassador's have stated above they may have actually broken Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, which is why they are most likely banned anyways.
