Acc Bans / Suspensions

There is a new way for people getting banned. Its where people get your information off the xbox console companion app put it in some program and start unlocking xbox 1 achievements i got 60,000 gamerscore when i woke up to a account suspension. i cant appeal it or do anything my account that i have spent $1000+ on for years is just gone and xbox wont do anything about it

Got to the forum here for Banned Acc's and ask there whats up.

I've been looking it says my acc suspension has ended there's nothing there about and console suspension my suspension was supposed to end at 12:46 pm today and my acc is unsuspened but my console isn't I'm really confused

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. If the ban is only 24 hours you will not be able to submit a case review.
