AC Reveletions download problem

Hi,

I buy the Assassins Creed Reveletions and when i tried to download the first time it made to 60% and stoped. Now the game don`t appear on the active downloads and when i tried do restart it doesn`t even start, saying it`s not possible to download the game.
How do I fix it, seeing it`s impossible to take back the money?

XBOX ONE - Black Flag - code problem SVC60017

I have same problem, I just bought XOne with AC Unity and AC 4 Black Flag download codes, just finished downloading of AC Uniti with no problem (code worked on second try) but when I try to use second code for AC Black Flag it show me error SVC60017 and
please try later. Whats wrong?

 

How exactly do you know if you downloaded the 4K version of a game?

MY AC won't download the 4K assets... anyone else have this problem?

 

Delete the system cache, and make sure the xbox 360 is the only device connected to the internet and try to download the game again.

 

I tried to delete the system cache, but doesn`t work at all. The download goes from 0% to 100% in 10 seconds and then the message "Can`t download Assassin`s Creed Revelation`s" apeears again. I think the game is already on the HD, but somehow I`m not founding
it .

 

Just to help: I still have 58 Gb of free space on my HD.

I alredy tried it. The problem is after it goes to the xbox queue. It goes normally there, them the bar turns instantely from 0% to 100%, as if the download is coomplete. But the message "Can`t download Assassin`s Creed Revelation" pops again and the game
don`t show in My Games directory.

 

Try going into your HDD and look for a yellow circle with a black exclamation point in it. Will be called something like "Unknown". Partially downloaded items will still be on your HDD. If you find that on there, delete it and try to download it again.
