AC:origins Punchcard not complete?

Discus and support AC:origins Punchcard not complete? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I did not preorder, I clicked the buy through the punchcard page, (Oct 30) and it's still not showing up as punched.     I did not preorder, I clicked the buy through the punchcard page, (Oct 30) and it's still not showing up as punched. Help?

    Pre order punchcard rewards

    Hello

    I pre ordered 3 games digitally to get the punchcard reward:

    AC: origins

    Call of duty WW2

    and star wars battlefront 2

    but It says that I only pre ordered AC and battlefront 2 and I’m pretty sure I pre ordered call of duty before release.

    Is there any way to fix it ?

    Hi,

    I have pre-ordered assassins creed origins deluxe edition and it does not seem to have tracked on the punchcard. I have ordered 3 of the games from the list and the punchcard is only on 2.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

    We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.

    This punchcard requires the purchases be $4 or more, so the purchase you are describing would not count towards the completion of the punchcard.
