AC/DC track export not available

Discus and support AC/DC track export not available in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I talked to support and they said to post here about not having access to the AC/DC packs for Rock Band 4 on the Xbox One.     AC/DC track export not available


    I talked to support and they said to post here about not having access to the AC/DC packs for Rock Band 4 on the Xbox One. I redeemed the code years ago for export of the tracks and I know I did as I can play them on Rock Band 3 for my 360. When I talked
    to support they said they did find my redemption of the code for the AC/DC Live track pack. Is there a solution yet with Harmonix on this, or is there still an issue with this?

    AC/DC Track Pack and Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks packs for Rock Band not registering as bought.

    BTW, I purchased the AC/DC Track Pack Export on 11/26/2009.

    The entitlement updates are going through. Harmonix said Microsoft is pushing them in batches. It started last week. So pretty much you just gotta keep checking for the next week or so. Some people have it working already.

    It's all down to Microsoft now. There's nothing more Harmonix can even do.

    I am also having problems with AC/DC and the 20 free songs that came with RB2. I have all of those in my past games but I cannot download them for RB4.

    I'm having the same issues. Can't get the 20 free songs that came with RB2, the AC/DC songs or The Doors Greatest Hits: Special Edition, even though other users can.

    I read in the Harmonix forums that there is actually a solution for the AC/DC songs where support here can send us a code that we can redeem to get those tracks.

    Would be great to at least get AC/DC working.

    Not working for me either. I have tried to delete and re-download my XBOX one profile and also removed the local save. Both did not solve the problem.

    It's been a month now and still no update for me either. Does anyone have a road map on when this is getting resolved or are we just in the dark and it'll happen "when it happens"?

    I was also told by support to post here. I have not gotten any responses from posting on support forum. Neither Harmonix or Microsoft will help with the issue. I'm a bit disappointed in the support for this game on Xbox One.
