    This is completely absurd. I dont even understand how whats happening makes any sense? A service outage? What service? These are games that are already downloaded and stored on our consoles but we cant access things we've spent our hard earned money on already
    and have NO answers as to what is causing it or when it will be resloved? Why can my buddy down the street play his downloaded games but I cant? That doesnt sound like a service outage that sounds like a major (Mod Removed - Profanity) up
    on your end. Tell us what is happening amd why. Give us SOME indication as to when you think you will have a solution. This is really starting to
    (Mod Removed - Profanity) me. I've been a loyal Xbox customer for YEARS and have stopped purchasing hard copy games because of the convenience of digital download and the fact that I would rather support the Xbox marketplace than the screwed
    up brick and mortars like GS or walmart. This is the service I'm given in return? Extremely upsetting. You need to make this right xbox.

    Dude. I understand you can play games that don't require you to be logged in like Titanfall.

    I completely understand your frustration, but venting about such matters isn't the way forward.

    I have been an Xbox customer for 14 years, but I am not going to complain, as historically, these server issues DO happen, and are usually resolved as quickly as possible. We can only be patient, while the team works on a fix.

    Unacceptable is close.... I've been a PAYING member for 8 years now and am one of the masses not able to sign in. The growing amount of issues over the last 3 years versus the rising cost to play just don't add up. Call it next Gen or not my experience is
    towards the end of Xbox 360 it was getting quite bumpy and seems to have carried over to the Xbox One. I feel enough people pay enough to have things sorted quickly or at least compensated/ responded to in a better fashion then generic online 30min updates
    and uninformed Xbox Live Support Employees. All in all unacceptable is an understatement 110%.

    The sad part is, once they finally do get it up and running, all the people that'll be signing on to play will probably shut it down again.

    At least give us a straight answer as to why it's not working. Not doing so shows you guys have NO FRIGGIN' CLUE what's going on.
