Absolutely displeased with XBOX support and my Scorpio edition XBOX

My scorpio edition XBOX X will not stay on. Keeps rebooting. I did a chat session to get this resolved. 1st tech only offered to have me box up the my unit and send it to TX for repair. I got on another forum after talking to the XBOX rep. There I
was told people were getting the "advanced option" in which you get a NEW XBOX X Scorpio ( in my case ) and just return your BROKEN one. There is a 15.00 shipping charge and 400 dollar hold, which is removed after receiving the broken unit.

I did this 6 days ago and nothing has been shipped. Now I contact support and he says it's cancelled I can make a new one. On my account it states nothing about being cancelled. So, now i'm getting another order created.....This the worst customer service,
i've experienced ..right up there with Sprint. This is my my 500.00 system experience has been.

havent recived my rewards for purchasing the xbox one scorpio

i pre ordered the xbox one scorpio edition and never recived my rewards just wanting someone to help plz

 

I received my replacement XBOX X. I did receive a Scorpio Edition XBOX X. I received the unit on 1/26.

Today it will not boot up. I called support and went the through all the voice prompts. Put in the serial number and was told the warranty has expired. To say i'm disappointed is an understatement.

This is what i'm getting on the console:
