    Absolutely confused on my accused permaban.


    Today I faced the day I thought I would never see, a permanent suspension for my longtime xbox account, "Schändermond".

    Zero warnings, no evidence, no reasoning, appealed once and they denied not even an hour later. My account has had 2 violations, each one year apart and they were only communication bans, haven't had a suspension or an enforcement notice in years.

    I also have been an insider and ambassador for several years and know my online etiquette, there couldnt be a single thing that held me up to get smited with a banhammer. Its like they hand these bans out like halloween candy its actually rediculous.

    Gates needs to give me some of what the enforcement team is on because I can't believe I was purposefully banned. Xbox Moderators also need to get their sh*t together and look at the real threats lurking beneath the radar instead of innocent accounts with a clean reputation. Absolutely seething at this in disbelief.



    Long story short, unspecified permaban, No way to appeal or communicate, zero explanation and no idea what even happened to get it. Looks like I'm finally looking down on microsoft strongly for the first time in my years of owning an xbox.

    Lost thousands of dollars spent and games in the process, F**k you microsoft.

    By the looks of things, you have done all that you can to contest the enforcement action issued on your account. Please be aware that we have no insight into what enforcement actions have been issued on accounts. The only team that can look at this is the Enforcement team at Xbox, and they don't read this forum.

    Someone may have reported you for something you have done which the Enforcement agent has agreed with and acted on when handling the report. The email they give you provides an overviw of what you could have done to receive the action you have received. You can look at the Xbox Community Standards | Xbox to see if you can think of what you may have done.

    This article goes through the frequently asked questions on Xbox Enforcement actions and what happens to your account: Xbox enforcement action FAQ | Xbox Support

    In terms of what else you can do, unfortunately, there isn't anything else you can do. If you have submitted an appeal and it was denied, that was the only way to communicate with the Enforcement team at Xbox.

    Absolutely confused here.

    I know this goes against the mantra of "A wired connection is the best connection when it comes to gaming!", but when it comes to using the 360 emulator, this is not true.

    Unplug your ethernet, do a hard reset on your console, (touch the power button for 8-10 seconds, or until the light turns off, and then wait until the light turns orange on the power brick before turning back on), and setup a wireless connection. Then start
    your game.

    Hope this helps until Microsoft comes up with the fix so the emulator can be ran while on ethernet again.

    Absolutely confused here.

    Yes I've selected it in the 360 guide menu and have downloaded my account through it. How exactly would I go about removing and re downloading as again it doesn't give me the option to do so unless I'm completely blind.
