Abrupt xbox live/gamepass issues

I dont see anything on the status page, but I played until about 1 am central time, no problem. Today at around 12pm, it basically loaded everything but gamepass and other features on my Series X. The little box says connect to Xbox, and I am but messages, games, etc aren't available. Disconnected network and reconnected and says I'm online, but going back to homepage says I'm not. Trying to play any gamepass game says need to purchase it (even at top shows I'm signed in with ultimate). Isn't loading NAT at all either when just last night it was open and I was playinh.

I've hard booted Xbox, nothing.

Reset modem. No change.

Ps5 is fine, as are all other devices.

SUGGESTIONS?

When you say "hard booted" your Xbox, are you referring to power cycle it?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If yes and in order to isolate a bit more the problem. May I know if you tried using a completely different WiFi network?
For example share mobile data via wifi hotspot and try in that way

That's odd, and yes. As you say there is no outage reported
And right now I'm playing Forza Horizon 4 (via game pass)

Please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

If maybe the issue persist, clean your MAC address:

Select Setting > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

By the way and just to confirm, are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

Yes I power cycled it (powered down and unplugged for +5minutes), still didn't change anything. I only have the single wifi network to connect to, but all other connections work and it was fine 14 hours ago.

It's a Xbox gamepass region it's not the issue

Gamepass codes are region locked

He does live in an Xbox gamepass region the issue is he.purchased the cheap price 6months for 1 dollar
