can i put animated wallpaper in xbox one if yes then how to and is xbox live going away will i be able to play free to play games such as fortnite,call of duty,apex etc and when it is going to get free

You can't use animated wallpapers on the One. And you have already been answered about Live in your previous posts.

You need Xbox Live or a pc and War Thunder to get that captured in your own video to get a wallpaper out of your capture could be done with any video editor just need to convert the file to your pc wallpaper spec. It should loop itself when dropped into
a wallpaper file and inserted with the proper extension. Right.

The wallpaper you put on a console is exclusive to it, it only remains to update your wallpaper every time you connect to an xbox

i loved the halo mcc winter wallpaper last year. Unfortunately it lasted about a month and had justa a wallpaper

Your background wallpaper will periodically change on your XBOX but you can change it by using one of the XBOX apps to change the wallpaper to something else..
