    About Xbox refund policy


    I have to say the "Xbox refund policy" is very unreasonable.

    For example, Recently, I found a game which was purchased by mistake a few month ago, Now I want to cancel the order, because the license will be removed automatically after the order was cancelled successfully.

    I asked the Xbox support team for help . but they told me that I have to create the refund request , even though I told them that "I don't need the refund , Revoke the license is my only purpose".

    It's very very very rediculous, Since the order was purchased over 30 days ago , how could I get the refund ?!

    I know you can only request 1 refund a Year and there are other restrictions about how long you have played the game and when you purchased it.
