About Xbox LIVE Gold (X360)

Hello, I have an xbox 360 here with me, and I am interested in Xbox LIVE gold, I would like to confirm some doubts I have about the service:

1-The games I get for free in the service, will last forever in my account? Or will they be deleted as soon as their free time runs out?

2-How many games could I get for free each month? Only one, or a 4, 3 sets?

3-The payment of the signatures of 3 to 12 months, are parceled out (monthly payment), or do I need to pay all at once?

How to get 360 games without console

Sorry about my english knowledge!

I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Later this year XO will get backward compatibility so I thought that I should get the X360 games through Live subscription.

Last month I could get all games, but now I get this error message when I'm trying to get the X360 games:

"Is this your first purchase? To ensure it is compatible, please sign in to Xbox Live using your console and try again."

Is there any way to "buy" for free Crysis 3?

Unable to Get Xbox Gold games

I am a Xbox Live Gold subscriber since March 2016. Within one year, I wasn't able to get/download games offered "games with gold" twice. First it was "Mirror's Edge" (X360) and last month it was "Star Wars: Force Unleashed" (X360). Both times, there was
something not working at the last step of the process and it was advised to try again later. I tried several times with same result.

1) The free games with gold will be available to you as long as you have gold membership

2) With free games with gold you can get 2 games for xbox 360 and 2 games with xbox one every month

3) The payment depends from the form you prefer: 1 month renewal, 3 months renewal, yearly renewal

Just to add to questions 1, the 360 Games with Gold games are yours to keep whether you keep gold or not. The One games require that you keep gold in order to continue playing them for free.

The game is for xbox 360 and i have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription on my xbox one, but it not make diference, because x360 game are offer forever, i dont need a active Xbox
Live Gold subscription. i cannot contact US portal because the hour, when i have time the contact US portal is closed.

X One games are yours during the live gold subscription, X360 games are yours independent of the subscription.

My question is "Why are X360 customers getting the shaft?" I mean damn, this: "Home Gold feature, a single Xbox Live Gold membership allows anyone in your home to enjoy many Gold features, like multiplayer, access to Gold entertainment apps, and more on
your Xbox One" ONLY being applied to the "Xbox One" , this is pretty simple software comparatively speaking, why couldn't they incorporate this on the X360 as well? Honestly, not everyone who owns an X360 with the family pack is going to be jumping onto
the "Xbox One" boat at launch, some people can't afford it, and other's will wait for the precedent (and now traditional) "Launch day bugs" to be found and worked out/around before buying (C'mon guys, consoles in general, but especially the Xbox, have made
a tradition of launch day systems to be all mucked up (RROD ring any bells ???)

Anyways, I myself have the Family Pack Gold with Me my wife, my son and a nephew on it, if we can't get a Family Pack or something close, or even the aforementioned Gold Home expanded to the X360, this is 4 customers gone, I won't be renewing our Gold services.
