    I'm not going to go into the details because I don't have the energy to do so right now, so here's the TL;DR of what I would've wrote.

    Be more fair with banning.

    Ban online daters, and any thirst trappers. You know who they are, don't act like you don't. Ban anyone that perpetuates this behavior, period.

    The most important one of them all

    Actually tell users what they've been banned for. Don't send me some vague message in my e-Mail, tell me the exact asset that I was banned for.

    Fix Xbox Moderation. Period.

    I'm going to quit playing Xbox. I know I'm just one person, and the Xbox staff members couldn't care less, but I'm sure that things are only going to go downhill from here if moderation is this horrible. Again, I'm not going to get into my situation, but I will say that I was banned, and then had my ban extended for whatever reason (they simply will not send me whatever message I sent that got me banned.)

    And the most infuriating part?

    I haven't been involved in the Xbox community for months.

    If it concerns you, my ban was extended after i sent an appeal speculating on what I could've been banned for. However, I guess I'll never know, because they refuse to tell me. It's disgusting.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Filing a complaint is the only way to report someone to the enforcement team. They do receive thousands of complaints each day and investigate each one so investigations can take time. It only takes 1 valid complaint so filing multiple complaints really
    doesn't do much.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately you will have to wait at least a year from the enforcement action before you can join the ambassador program, per the current ambassador requirements.

    This is one reason for making sure each user has their own account, and not share accounts (which is against the Code of Conduct). It doesn't matter who did what, the account holder is responsible for everything that happens on the account.
