Which Xbox controller are you referring to?

The Xbox Series X and Series S controllers are very similar.

Would have liked more info about the controller as that is what changes i personally notice the most between series.

It doesn't look like there is much different about the Xbox Series X controller. To my understanding, it's slightly smaller, and it also has a dedicated share button.

I am not entirely sure about charging battery, but it will take AA batteries like the current controllers.

Oh I'm aware that MS support is of no use. When I bought the controller I was on the opposite opinion but MS proved me wrong. The Series X controller and the Xbox One controller are almost the same we all know it the boards are almost the same and the membranes are exactly the same. Microsoft copy pasted the same controller along with the issues. The reports are about The Series X controller yes if they were about Xbox One controller MS would just brush it off with out of warranty excuse like they did with me.
