    About the reconditioned return controller?


    My 5th ellete controller has now followed the others with rb bumper not working half the time, it’s the first time I bought from Microsoft store,

    I called to get a replacement as it’s only 4 months old, they have told me they can’t swap for a new one but only a refurbished one? So used? I asked and they said they are new and never used apart from the engineers? Why is that? Is this true that they are new still?

    I don’t get how I can from all other shops get a refund or replacement in the first 12mt.

    You would recieve a refurbished console. Not a new one.
