About the permanent suspension situations

I have some pertinent questions. On 2016 I had a short communications ban for a reason that I don’t recall of. However, recently I had a content takedown on a Looking For Group post where it led me to a 14 day suspension for solicitation. Now, I’ve acknowledged
these past mistakes which led me to a conclusion to always respect the Xbox community and never violate the Code of Conduct ever again. That being said, after receiving those three enforcement actions, my questions are the following:

If I receive another communications ban, will that result in a permanent suspension?

If I commit an in game exploit not fixed by the developers, can I get reported and result on a permanent suspension?

When you get suspended you can file for a case review in most cases,it's basically a appeal against your suspension,but you must do it within a year of the enforcement action being issued.

Despite what people may say,every report is thoroughly investigated by a person so the chances of being banned for a false report is practically zero.

You'll always get people saying "i as banned for nothing" or "i was banned due to false reports or report spamming" when they know full well what they did & are just trying to full a fast one.

Anyone spamming or abusing the report feature risks being suspended themselves.

The suspension from 2016 wasn’t egrigious. What do you mean by a year limit for case reviews? Also it is a problem because I could be accused of something that I didn’t do and as they review the 14 day suspension I believe the enforcement team could just
conclude in a permanent suspension by just looking at the 14 day suspension and not focus on the actual evidence.

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.
