    Greetings, I asked for refounding around 2 weeks, and I recieved an email with the confirmation that I will recieve the refound. But 8 days business have passed and I can´t see the refound in my credit card and I have contacted with my bank and the can´t
    see the refound from Microsoft

    How can I ask for xbox / microsoft support about my issue ?

    Yes, I recieved that email, I replied that email asking about my refound:
    Dom 23/02/2020 9:37 AM     but I haven't recieved any answer.

    If you have received an email with the confirmation number regarding your refund, then just keep responding to that email, because that will be the primary way that the refund team contacts you. If you have any questions for them, then make sure they are
    all within the same email thread so that the conversation is linked and that it doesn't get lost.
