    I PRE-ORDERDE QB AT 13/2/2016

    AND AFTER SO MANY DAYS, I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ALLEN WAKE CODS, NO Alan Wake (Signal/Writer DLC),NO AW: American Nightmare NEITHER THE PC CODE.

    I'VE NOTICED THAT THERE'RE SOME OTHER PLAYER MEET THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE ME,SO I REALLY,REALLY HOPE THAT SOMEONE CAN HELP US SOLVE THIS.

    I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CODE AFTER PURCHASE 7-10 DAYS.

    AS YOU SEE, THE DAY I PURCHASE THE GAME WAS 13/2/2016, AND NOW, THE GAME WAS OFFICALLY LUNCHED.

    AND I WILL CERTAINLY NOT DELETE ANY MESSAGE WITH THE CODE.

    Still waiting for my Quantum break PC code.

    I contacted Xbox Live, They can see I preordered QB, and after our conversation they told me to come to this forum and post about the QB code. I just want to get my QB code for PC i was promised.Thank you and have a good day.

    Support will get you the code for American Nightmare (they will post here), but none of the other codes have been sent out yet. The PC code is supposed to go out sometime this week. The other codes will be sent out in 7-10 days.

    problem with alan wake (pre order code quantum break)

    Hi germanc83. I pre ordered QB on 1st April. Came today and the Alan Wake codes were included in the box. American Nightmare will come 7 - 10 days after release of QB. Hope this helps.

    The codes are being released in waves starting yesterday. I know digital pre-orders can be canceled by
    official support prior to game launch but I don't think it works after release. Sorry.

    why would you need a refund today if you were going to by the game today either way? So yeah, you're pre-order would be too old, and your logic is a little flawed.
