    i need help with my xbox live gold 3 month code???

    I got a 3 month xbox live gold code and every time i try to redeem it tells me to go to xbox.com i when i try to redeem it says "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate".every
    time it give me this c7b924d5-fac2-4823-8938-d630daba4250 so can you or someone else help me with this please?

    Somebody help me

    Each time I try to open a game it says "Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x87e107e4 at xbox.com/error help so we can investigate (e.c.t)". Somebody please help me

    It has been giving me the phrase “Give it another try if this happens again go to Xbox.con/errorhelp” and it tells me to put in the code I talked about and I don’t have an external drive and it was not the store error message.
