It's normal for the console fan to speed up when running demanding games, as these games generate more heat and the fan helps cool the console more effectively. However, the fan noise should not be excessive to the point of bothering you. If you find the fan noise excessive and it significantly bothers you while playing, I recommend using the warranty for the console.

It's not about playing together, it's about playing the game at all. I can't access the game on my desktop, or store. I can just see it on the xbox website. Also the game is cross-platform

Toxicmom, have you tried multiple copies of the game on your console? Is the issue happening with other games, too? Lastly, have you tried your game copy on a friend's console? Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and what you've tried.

We did everything ...still not working....

We are having the same problem with Black ops...we also need help how to fix the problem...
